Judge Cartrette Speaks At Alzheimer's Event
Judge Cartrette honors those with Alzheimer's during Luminary event to raise awareness in the community.

Joined by Representative Jay Jordan and Councilman William Schofield, Judge Cartrette was a speaker at "The Holiday Walk To Honor Alzheimer's Heroes". The event took place December 17th from 6pm to midnight.
The goal of the event was to raise awareness of a disease that affects six million Americans ahead of the holiday season. Luminaries were lit to honor those suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia and "In Memory" of those who passed away.
The evening was a night for our community to come together to to show we can fight this disease. There is a community who cares and wants to educate others. Judge Cartrette knows all too well the nightmare Alzheimer's disease inflicts on the patient and the family. His grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and sadly passed away as a result. He is an advocate for a cure and to bring attention to the dangers victims of Alzheimer's face due to abuse and exploitation.
